Key Risks: Prior to and during commencement of the works numerous activities/hazards were identified which required mitigating including addressing: –
- Adjacent Construction Site: Risks to access for deliveries and staff arriving and leaving site, collisions, disruptions, etc.
- Construction of Rooftop Glass Box – Lifting & Handling: Risks associated with lifting and handling of large steelwork and glazing panels to 9th floor roof area.
